Hatters Lane Bistro

Hatters’ Lane Bistro is a family-friendly restaurant which is well-known in Athlone for it’s welcoming environment.

A lively place to spend an evening, great service is at the very core of what the team does.

The bistro itself features an open fire, check table clothes and walls adorned with pictures of some of Hollywood’s biggest movie star icons while the background music is easy listening typically featuring tunes from Sinatra, Martin, Bennett and the likes. The ethos at Hatters’ Lane Bistro is simple – the team aim to provide high quality bistro style dining with great service.

With a focus on casual fine-dining, the menu that exists today there is a celebration of the fantastic produce that Ireland has to offer making extensive use of locally produced, high-quality Irish ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced including Hereford beef from Offaly, organic salads from Millhouse Farm in Roscommon, as well as pork from Horan’s Pork Shop, mince from Dunning’s Master Butchers and fruit and vegetables from Behan’s, which are based in Athlone. Open seven days a week, they offer an À La Carte menu and the Value Menu where you can enjoy two courses for €25 or three courses for €30.
