The Fatted Calf


Established as a destination for good food and drinks, The Fatted Calf is run by husband and wife team, Feargal and Fiona O’Donnell. Their focus is on finding the best, fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, that the Midlands has to offer.  Their food is a take on modern Irish food, served in a relaxed, comfortable, setting.

Some of recommended specialities include seared King Scallops served with Lisduff Black Pudding Bon Bons and Blood Orange and Carved fillet of John Stone Beef served with Glasson Mushrooms and Bordelaise Sauce.
