  • Athlone (Coosan Point) – Tuesdays: July 1, 8, 15, 22 from 7pm to 9pm
  • Mullingar (Lough Derravaragh) – Thursdays: July 3, 10, 17, 24 from 7pm to 9pm

The cost is €50 per person, with €5 refunded for each session attended – making it a rewarding experience both mentally and financially. All equipment is provided, but participants must be comfortable in water and wear a buoyancy aid.

This is a Canoeing Ireland Level One Certified course, offering a solid introduction to kayaking and water safety in a supportive and social setting. Whether you’re new to the sport or just looking for a healthy way to unwind and connect, this course is for you.
