Eat Unique is a thriving healthy Grab & Go café based in Monksland, Athlone. Created in 2015 by Nigel and Celine So, they created a totally new healthy food concept for the midlands.
At Eat Unique, we pride ourselves on making healthy eating easy.
Each day we prepare from scratch all of our food using fresh in-season produce.

We have developed strong contacts with many large companies, factories and schools around Athlone, having catered their corporate events and by providing regular delivery services.
Our commitment to sustainability and the environment
At Eat Unique we are passionate about doing our part to protect the environment.
Our business has a strong emphasis on sustainability. For this reason, we only use biodegradable and recyclable packaging and reducing waste.
Our customers are encouraged to dispose of their litter responsibly in our designated recycling and compost bins.
We have created an outdoor space that is both wildlife and customer friendly.
We use a water butt and have chosen plants that are hardy and low maintenance.
Our coffee grounds once used are reused my our garden friendly cusomers.
We have taken part in the Food Waste Management program with Roscommon County Council, and have been asked to be the face of their campaign to encourage other food businesses to become more eco-friendly.
