Athlone Bookshop

The Athlone Bookshop is an Independent Bookshop in the historic Town of Athlone, Located on Lloyd’s Lane off Church Street, and part of The Village@Burgess Department Store.

The store is designed to be a traditional general browsing bookshop stocking a range of Children’s books for all ages, a varied Fiction section as well as a Non-Fiction selection which has something of interest for every taste. The store also stocks a select range of greeting cards.

We are passionate about recommending books and dedicated to finding the perfect book for you. If we don’t have the book you want, we will do our best to order it for you and often have it in a few days.

The shop is also the only stockist of Warhammer models and games in Athlone.
