Executive Chef Gustavo Gaetani carefully prepares our food with passion. With more than 20 years of experience in Ireland, he brings to 1810, his experience of the Argentine technique, to cook meat and seafood, over an open charcoal fire, creating a modern and dynamic kitchen.
